At La Selva Resort , we strive to provide our guests with a seamless booking experience. Please review our modification policy carefully before making your reservation.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or rescheduling of existing bookings. We encourage guests to consider their plans carefully before making a reservation.

 

Modification Policy:

• Modifications, specifically date changes, are permitted up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the scheduled arrival/check-in date.

• Guests wishing to modify their reservation must contact our reservations team at least 14 days prior to their arrival/check-in date.

• Modifications are subject to availability. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your preferred dates.

• To proceed with a modification, guests will be required to pay any tariff difference, if applicable.

• Please note that modification requests made within 14 days of the arrival/check-in date will not be accommodated.

• We understand that plans can change, and we are here to assist you with any modifications to your reservation.
